Baron Geisler did it again indeed and now it’s with Yasmien Kurdi. Baron received another case for acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation.  Yasmien personally filed a case at the PNP Women and Children Protection with her lawyer, Attorney Ferdinand Topiaco.

Yasmien and Baron are part of the soap opera for GMA entitled “suspetsa” and last May 21, the incident had transpired.  Yasmien’s attorney even stated that the act was seen by fellow cast and crews for the said show. Jennylyn Mercado and the personal assistant of Yasmien had seen the act and the PA also recorded it using a cellular cam.

If you could still remember, last year Baron also had acts of lasciviousness case with Yayo Aguila’s daughter Patricia Martinez. The case is still ongoing.

They said that Baron seemed to be out of his mind during the incident. He may be under the influence of alcohol again, which was very famously shown in ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Big Brother.  It’s not yet sure if he was indeed in alcohol or what but during the incident he doesn’t seem to be in the right state of mine. Remember at PBB when Baron transformed into an evil guy when intoxicated and a good and friendly Baron when sober?

Baron had been apologizing to Yasmien about the incident and begs her not to file a case against him since he already has a pending case with Martinez. No news yet if Yasmien would withdraw the said case.

We got to stay tuned to this very shocking news but Baron really needs to learn his lesson and stop drinking and start treating women right.
