Hayden Kho was insisting before that it was his former friend, Dr. Eric Johnston Chua, who had leaked his sex videos. Dr. Chua had kept his silence regarding the matter but he has finally made a statement regarding the sex scandal issue. Dr. Chua went to NBI yesterday and denied the accusations from Dr. Hayden Kho. He dropped by around 3:30 in the afternoon to file an affidavit and he denies the allegations that he is involved in the issue. “I have nothing to do with the upload”, said Dr. Eric Johnston Chua.

Hayden Kho also involved another name, Dr. Mark Herbert Rosario who is also a former friend of his whom he had a falling out just like with Dr. Eric Johnston Chua. Dr. Rosario is now subpoenaed by the NBI to have his statement regarding the matter.
