Yesterday at the Buzz, Kris Aquino told her story as she recounts the last days of her mom former President Corazon “Cory” Aquino. She recounts how her mom battles her cancer and how she had suffered up to how her death was so peaceful.

She was in tears and her voice are shaking and her nose is really red as she tells the Filipino people how her mom loves us all and now happy they are that the Filipinos truly loved her mom. She said that up to the very end she was with her mom even during the embalming of her mom she was there right besides her watching and making sure everything is just perfect.

Kris Aquino took a leave of absence from all her shows to be on her mother’s bedside and she thanks ABS-CBN for understanding her and for giving such a great tribute for her mom.   Kris Aquino broke down many times during her interview but said she is so happy now that she knows that her mom, Cory Aquino, is now in heaven and with her dad Ninoy Aquino.

She said that her mom was in pain but the last thing she ever did was to hold Josh’s hand and Josh said, “lola holding hands?” Kris asked her mom to guide Josh when she is in heaven because Josh is having a hard time understanding what is going on and why his lola is no longer with them.

She also said that her mom was delusional one time and said that she saw Ninoy and was asking her to join him. It was the first time that Kris saw her mom smile. She now knows that her parents are now together because of the sign with the Stargazers flowers on her mom’s casket which was a sign from a dream that it’s the flowers that Ninoy wants to give Cory.

Kris has no other words to say to the Filipinos but thank you and that is on behalf of her mother. She also promise to continue what her mom had started and she promise to continue her devotion for the rosary.
