After Manny Pacquio’s amazing victory against Ricky Hatton, he went back to the Philippines despite the warning to stay in the U.S because of the swine flu scare and when he arrived, he was welcomed with much celebration and a trip to the Palace.

As what people say, when Manny Pacquiao fights, the crime rate in the Philippines is almost zero and it’s fair enough that President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo named him as our Ambassador for Peace & Understanding. No one can beat Manny Pacquiao in reuniting the Filipinos and keeping our country very peaceful even for a short period of time.

Manny Pacquiao is also a glorified asset of the Philippine intelligence affairs and he was assigned to be the special assistant of Raul Gonzalez, our secretary of justice. Afterwards, Pacquiao and President Arroyo talked during the reception and he discussed about his fight with Ricky Hatton.

Pacquiao had his motorcade where thousands of die-hard fans waited on the streets just to see him in person and show him their support and love. He now has a very busy schedule with lots of guesting and ceremonies to celebrate his win and he will be going back to his hometown to meet with his family and fellowmen.
