At the beginning of the official campaign period, Gibo Teodoro supporters came rushing through the scene, expressing their support for the “man in green.” People have seen the true potential of former Defense chief and are projected as the next leader of the country. Why not? He has the wits and an excellent platform of government that is truly impressive compared to the records of some candidates running for presidency.
The Filipino people has generated groups to promote the candidacy of Gibo Teodoro in the upcoming 2010 May elections. From different corners of the Philippines, Gibo has a pack of supporters to back him up until voting day comes. One of the newest group organized for Gibo was recently established in Iloilo City.

The former defense secretary and 1989 bar topnotcher, also stated that presenting emergency powers upon the authorities to deal with a threatening power emergency is not essential at this point for the reason that Malacañang and the Energy Regulatory Commission have sufficient powers to deal with the condition under the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA).

Gibo and The People
Submitted by Dukman on Mon, 02/15/2010 - 07:46
A man of stellar reputation is only right for one position, the presidency. Gibo Teodoro, the former Secretary of National Defense has proven himself to the people in more ways than one. Other candidates can brag about their ratings on polls and surveys, still others can claim support from different influential groups but no candidate could ever compete against Gibo's unquestionable qualifications.
With his qualifications, Gilberto Teodoro Jr. can be a lot of things. He could have chosen to be a successful lawyer, a business man or a pilot but he has chosen to be a servant of the people. Being a president is not at all glamorous. With the many issues and controversies tied with being a president, only a man of courage is worthy of the title.

Pacquiao vs Clottey: Head to Head Match Up
Submitted by narutokun27 on Wed, 02/03/2010 - 02:13
At last the Pacquiao vs Mayweather mega fight that nobody wanted to see for now is finally dead due to some blood feud, it’s time to get down to some real boxing action. Well, the fighters have changed but the game remains the same. I thought at the first place it was Paulie Malignaggi whose going to fight by Manny Pacquiao. I don't like it either, I don't like the big and loud mouth malignaggi is the next opponent of Pacquiao because it was a total mismatch. And now it was decided that the last contender is Joshua Clottey. The next opponent of Manny Pacquiao. Clottey is no supersonic-breasted villain in a Wapakman movie. He shows up ready to tangle the Pacman. The Grand Master Clottey has a record of 35-3 with 20 KOs.

Cory as good role model and possible saint
Submitted by Juan on Wed, 08/12/2009 - 13:17
Several bishops in the Philippines are pushing for the sainthood of Mrs. Corazon “Cory” Aquino as they believe that if Cory would become saint, it would deeply encourage the Filipinos to follow her example and start to be good. Anyone can be a saint said Archbishop Precioso Cantillas. He said that the president, Cory Aquino, had lived a “saintly life” and she is definitely qualified to be a saint. Other bishops and several other groups are also supporting the said proposal to push for her sainthood.Archbishop Ramon Arguelles said that she is definitely a saint as she is definitely a saint although the sainthood is a process that takes a long time.
