The former sexy actress Christina Gonzales-Romualdez who is now a councilor for Tacloban City had confirmed that Richard Gomez will be running for Congressman in Ormoc, Leyte for 2010’s election.

During an interview, Christine said that Richard had already made his announcement to run for Congressman but she was still not sure as to which district he wishes to run to.She also said that she and her husband are very happy that Richard Gomez had decided to run for Congressman in their region. They believe that Richard Gomez would be an excellent Congressman as he has the heart to help and serve the people.

Richard Gomez and Romualdez are both from Leyte while Lucy Torres-Gomez is also from Ormoc.
