He dropped by around 3:30 in the afternoon to file an affidavit and he denies the allegations that he is involved in the issue. “I have nothing to do with the upload”, said Dr. Eric Johnston Chua.

Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho received a subpoena from the PDEA for the alleged involvement of illegal drugs in the very popular sex video.  The two, together with Hayden’s mother, were asked to visit PDEA on May 29, 2009 for a statement regarding this matter.
