Finally, NBI had already revealed their findings on the cause of death of Ted Failon’s wife, Trinidad Etong, and it is indeed suicide.

Now, the Failon family can now start to pick up the pieces and move on from this tragic, painful and shocking ordeal. Not only did they lose a wife, a sister and a mom in the person of Trinidad Etong but they were also wrongfully accused and arrested as if they were criminals by the Quezon City Police District. They were charged with obstruction of justice when in fact there was no crime committed.

Now, it’s payback time. The Failon family will be discussing about the counter charge that they want to file against the Quezon City Police District for the violent arrest that was very inhuman. Not only were the Failon helpers dragged out of the house like criminals but even the siblings of Trinidad Etong were dragged out of the hospital just hours before Trinidad Etong finally succumbed to her gunshot wound. They lost the chance to be by her bed-side before she took her last breath even when they already begged the police to just give them that chance to be there by her side.

The QCPD now is on the hot seat. Everybody saw how they treated the Failon family and now that the NBI had already revealed their concluded investigation, it’s now QCPD who would be investigated if they did violate the Failon’s human rights and the Miranda doctrine.
