Vicente Sotto III or more popularly known as Tito Sotto is our Dangerous Drugs Board Chairman and with the issue on Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr., he wanted Hayden to identify who is the drug syndicate that he said is supplying ecstasy to his ex-girlfriend Katrina Halili whom he had a sex video with.

During a radio interview, Sotto made a challenge for Kho to name the drug dealer. He also said that Kho’s words should not be enough and that he should verify his claims by naming the said group of drug dealers.

Kho claimed in the senate hearing that Halili gave him drugs and he was on drugs during the sex videos. Sotto believes however that Kho was trying to deviate the focus of the sex video issue into the issue of illegal drugs. It may just be his diversionary tactic, Sotto said.
